Headsetsystems.com has a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please call or email us here at HeadsetSystems.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please do not use the manufacturer's box as a shipping carton. All RA#'s will automatically be cancelled 30 days from the data issued. Return merchandise must be complete and in original packaging, with RA# on the label, and shipped insured for full value to:
